This allows us to: •understand our students' needs •maintain continuous communication with parents •create friendly relationships with students and parents Our mission/Our Goal Our mission is the success of all of our students. For this reason, our students are expected to work hard and follow our guidance. Our goal is not limited to helping our students pass their exams. We want our students to understand what they are learning and not just to memorize something that will forget later on. By doing this, they will be in an advantageous position at university and later in their careers. Lambros Nicolaou (owner and teacher): Lambros holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public and Business Administration from University of Cyprus. He is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA), with working experience as a Manager for a “Big Four” accounting firm (Ernst & Young). Lambros worked as an external auditor for large organisations in Cyprus and abroad and he participated in due diligence and internal audit projects on behalf of high profile companies. He was also part of a team which provided advisory services to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus and to Semi-government Corporations. Additionally, Lambros has been an instructor in many internal training seminars on International Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards. He is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ΣΕΛΚ).
