Alongside our indulgent yogurt offerings, we also advocate in the cheese sector. For over thirty-five years we have been producing the famed Halloumi Cheese and Dry Anari. Originating in the heart of the Cypriot Island, our halloumi cheese is one of our most successful products here at Zita. It’s versatile texture, and moreish tastes derive from the traditional techniques founded by our ancestors combined with our modern expertise.
